IAM - Identity and Access Management

AWS Identity and Access Management enables you to securely control access to AWS services and resources for your users.

Identity and Access Management

Amazon Identity and Access Management (IAM) allows you to securely control access to AWS services and resources for both your users and services. Using IAM, you can create and manage AWS users, groups, roles and configure permissions to allow and deny their access to AWS resources. If your infrastructure serves multiple users who need varying levels of access to AWS products such as Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, and the AWS Management Console, you can manage their security credentials (access keys) and permissions through IAM.
