Hi there. Welcome to Configuring and Managing Microsoft Defender Application Guard. My name is Thomas Mitchell and I’ll be taking you through this course.

This quick course is intended for those who wish to learn about Microsoft Defender Application Guard.
We’ll kick things off by taking an introductory look at Microsoft Defender Application Guard. You’ll learn what it is and what it does. You’ll also learn which endpoints and apps can be targeted.
After you’ve been introduced to Application Guard, we’ll take a look at the requirements for installing it. You’ll learn about the hardware requirements, software requirements, and about the different ways it can be installed.
Once you’ve learned about the installation requirements and strategies, you’ll learn about Defender Application Guard policies. We’ll wrap up with a demo that allows you to watch over my shoulder as I create a policy that can be used to automate the installation of Application Guard, using InTune.
