Creating Dashboards in Power BI
This course provides an overview of what Power BI Dashboards are, including what you will need to create dashboards. You will learn how to go through the tile layout on a dashboard as well as setting up a mobile view for it. We will cover data alerts, the Q&A features available, adding themes, and pinning a live report page to the dashboard.

So in this course, I will give you an overview of what Power BI Dashboards are, including what you will need to create dashboards in Power BI. Then we will create a dashboard and go through the layout of tiles on a dashboard as well as setting up a mobile view for your dashboard. We will cover data alerts, the Q&A features that are available, and add themes to the dashboard and pin a live report page to the dashboard. There are some prerequisites for this course. It will be expected that you already know how to create reports and how to publish reports to the Power BI service.
Jake is an IT manager for a managed services company that works with small- to medium-size businesses and manages their IT. He mainly works with a Microsoft Stack, from Servers to Microsoft 365 & Azure. He also specializes in business process improvement helping businesses to leverage technology to speed up their workflows. Jake really enjoys testing out new technologies and seeing what they can do. Outside of work he enjoys kayak fishing, gardening, and going to the gym.
