This lesson explores three AWS services designed to help protect your web applications from external malicious activity. First, we'll take a look at the Web Application Firewall service, or AWS WAF, as it's more commonly known. We'll then cover Firewall Manager, which can be used to help with WAF administration across multiple AWS accounts, before moving on to AWS Shield that be can be used in conjunction with WAF to help protect against Distributed Denial of Service attacks, or DDoS.
