In this course, we explore the Scrum framework and the Kanban method. You'll be introduced to the roles included in the Scrum framework and learn how they work together to orchestrate incremental software development. We look at the responsibilities of each role and what they contribute to the development process.

After that we move on to look at Kanban, a LEAN method that encourages continuous development. We look at how Jira can be used to implement Kanban processes and we briefly touch upon the features and functionalities of Jira and how they are used.
