Microsoft 365 offers Enterprise Mobility & Security (EMS), Windows 10, and Office 365 to enhance business productivity and security. Because Microsoft 365 offers a variety of services and features, not everything is in the same place. Therefore, we need to navigate within different portals, and familiarity with “what is where” gets really important over time.
In this course, we will have a look at some of the most common tasks to be performed by Microsoft 365 administrators related to Azure AD identities, how to secure your environment by assigning the correct permissions to your users, and how to reduce administrative overhead. We’ll do various tasks in different ways by using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, the Azure portal, and even use Windows PowerShell for automating bulk actions.
Choosing the right type of identity for your current infrastructure is the first step for any successful Microsoft 365 deployment.

To get the report of the access reviews, click on Access Reviews. Then go to Controls. Here, you can see all your access reviews that have been created. Select the one you're interested in. And from the Overview blade, we can see the graphical overview, where three users have been approved. And on the left panel, you have the Current section and the Series section.
Let's click on Results. We can see the current users of this group, the outcome of the review, if they've been approved or denied, the reason for this outcome, as well as who reviewed this group. And if you selected in your Settings to take the Microsoft recommendations, you can also see what was the recommended action, so you can compare with the outcome. You can also stop this review from reoccurring, as well as reset it.
And if we click on Download, we can download the report. Choose if you wanna open it or save it. Let's open it to see what it looks like. And this is a CSV file, with all the information that we've seen on the Azure AD portal that will actually help make your decisions.
