To get the most from this course, you should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Azure and its offerings. We're going to kick things off by taking a look at the shared responsibility model. You'll learn what the shared responsibility model is and how responsibilities are split between Microsoft and the customer. After covering the shared responsibility model, we'll move on to Azure security services and technologies.
We'll then move on to storage security, where you'll learn about Azure storage service encryption, shared access signatures, storage account keys, and Azure storage analytics. Next, we'll look at database security, where you'll learn about Azure SQL Firewall rules, Azure SQL Always Encrypted, transparent data encryption, and Azure SQL database auditing. Later on, we'll dive into identity and access management. You'll learn about role-based access control, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD B2B, Azure AD B2C, Azure AD Domain Services, and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication.
We'll wrap things up with network security options and features including network security groups, Azure Firewall, Azure DDoS Protection, and more.
