This module will help you to understand exactly what workshops are, and why they are such a powerful business tool. It will help you think about how workshops can be used in an agile context. Lastly, this module will introduce you to the core role of a facilitator, to set the tone for the rest of this course.

Learning Objectives 

The objectives of this lesson are to provide you with and understanding of: 

  • What workshops are 
  • Why we use workshops 
  • How workshops can be used in an agile context 
  • What facilitation is all about 

Intended Audience 

This lesson is aimed at Scrum Masters who want to improve their individual knowledge of facilitating workshops in service to their Scrum team and their wider organization

There are no specific pre-requisites to study this lesson
