Especially for AWS, you can easily find a 3-day course for AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) or a dedicated course on AWS Architecting. Most of these courses are designed for people that just need an introduction to that topic. They have a limited value since products and ecosystems like AWS are constantly changing and therefore your cloud skills have to change too. Even after you have cleared your AWS Certification, chances are that AWS will launch a new product in its suite or will launch new features on EC2 and S3.
