Learn the Aruba Cloud Platform With Our New Course

As you already know if you follow this blog and our social networks, we are pushing hard to generate more and more courses to teach you how to get the best out of the many cloud technologies available. It’s just amazing to see how fast the Cloud Industry is growing and how rich it is of a huge ecosystem of players that add great value to it.

One of the latest course we recently added is about one of the most important cloud provider in Italy and in the whole of Europe, that is Aruba. Aruba started many years ago as a hosting provider and domain register, but it grew fast and joined the Cloud world early, becoming a major player in its country. Currently, Aruba has datacenters distributed in the most important Europen countries, providing a complete range of cloud services for computing, storage, networking, monitoring and much more. Interestingly, Aruba was able to reach a very high-quality standard, and its services are used by many important companies worldwide.

Nevertheless, cloud technologies are complex and tough to master. That’s where CloudAcademy.com steps in to help you, with a whole course dedicated to discuss the many features of the Aruba Cloud Platform and to see how to get started with it. It is an introductory course that does not require strong background knowledge, and can be enjoyed by almost everyone out there. It is a very broad course, covering many different topics:

  • To begin, you’ll get an overview of the whole platform, to understand what services are available, what are their features, and how you can integrate them in your existing infrastructure.
  • After the introduction, you will get a deep dive into Aruba Cloud Server, the first and foremost service in the platform. It is an IaaS service that allows one to launch instances, known as “Cloud Servers” in the Aruba language. You will see how to launch them, and how to do advanced networking adding virtual switches, load balancers, and the other tools available to design and build complex architectures.
  • Aruba has an object storage service too, compliant with AWS S3 and accessible with any S3-compatible application. If you are used to the Amazon solution you probably already have all that it takes to get started with it, nevertheless in this video we’ll build everything from the ground up.
  • Another important service is Aruba Cloud Monitoring, which, as you probably already figured out, is used to monitor resources, not necessarily in the cloud. Indeed, it can serve you as a monitor for your traditional, on-premises infrastructure too, making it a very versatile and nice addition to the Platform.
  • Last but not least, if you need to do some serious Cloud work, Aruba Private Cloud is a great alternative to the Public Computing service. It’s quite expensive, actually, but can grant you a really huge amount of opportunities to build your private datacenter or to design a very complex infrastructure, eventually integrating it with your on-premises resources too.

So, if you want to learn more about the Aruba Cloud Platform and what to learn how to start using it, aim your browser to our courses page and enjoy the “Introduction to the Aruba Cloud Platform” course we have crafted for you. And after that, if you want to test your knowledge on the topics covered in the course, feel free to take a look at our Aruba quizzes. Enjoy!
