Quick analysis features allow you to quickly output results to existing data. To use this, highlight a range of cells. In this case, I'm going to highlight the amount and VAT in this spreadsheet. You will notice that at the bottom of the highlighted range is a button called Quick Analysis. If this is clicked, a series of options are shown. And I can quickly create an output of results, or in this case, by clicking Totals, saying I would like a sum beneath the set of data that I can see. I can also use the Quick Analysis tools to create sums of data to the right of this information. There are some very clever features that can be used by selecting these grand totals on the right, clicking Quick Analysis tools, returning to Totals, navigating to what's called Running Total, where the previous item is added to the next as it goes down the list.
