We’ll review the different tiers of premium support plans offered by AWS, highlight where to find official documentation, and help you identify other sources of technical assistance and knowledge, both directly from AWS as well as its network of partner organizations.

This course is ideal for anyone who is looking to learn more about the different support plans and resources available for AWS customers, as well as anyone who is studying for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam, which often features questions about AWS support plans.
The objective of this course is to introduce all of the resources that are available to support you on your journey with AWS. We’ll introduce the various AWS customer support plans including Basic, Developer, Business, Enterprise On-Ramp, and Enterprise plans, along with the features and benefits of each plan. And these benefits can include 24/7 access to chat or phone-based support, priority response times based on case severity, and even direct access to AWS Health APIs. We’ll also introduce the AWS Knowledge Center along with other sources for official AWS best practices and documentation, including professional services and the AWS Partner Network to help solve technical challenges.
There are no prerequisites for this course, other than a basic understanding of AWS. This is an introductory course that covers the basics of AWS customer support plans, documentation, and other support resources for AWS customers.
