Hello. Welcome to Communication Compliance in Microsoft 365. My name is Thomas Mitchell and I’ll be taking you through this course.

This quick-hitting course is intended for those who wish to learn about using Communication Compliance in Microsoft 365.
We’ll start off with a quick intro to Communication Compliance in Microsoft 365. You’ll learn what it is and what it offers.
You’ll then learn about the Communication Compliance workflow. You’ll learn about the Configure phase, the Investigate phase, the Remediate phase, and about the Monitor phase.
We’ll wrap up with a pretty deep dive into Communication Compliance policies, where you’ll learn about the components of a policy. More specifically, we’ll look at policy templates, Policy settings, and at the supported communication types.
By the end of this course, you should have a good understanding of what communication compliance is, what the workflow looks like, and you should have an understanding of the pieces that make up communication compliance policies.
