Congratulations. You’ve come to the end of the course. Let’s review what you’ve learned.

We started things off with a quick intro to Communication Compliance in Microsoft 365, where you learned what it is and what it offers.

You then learned about the Communication Compliance workflow. You learned about the Configure phase, the Investigate phase, the Remediate phase, and the Monitor phase.

We wrapped up with a deep dive into Communication Compliance policies, where you learned about the components of a communication compliance policy. More specifically, we covered policy templates, Policy settings, and supported communication types.

At this point, you should have a good understanding of what communication compliance offers, and what the workflow looks like. You should also have a solid understanding of what communication compliance policies do, and what they are made up of.
