Hi there. Welcome to Creating and Configuring Sensitivity Labels and Policies in Microsoft 365. My name is Thomas Mitchell, and I'll be taking you through this course. I'm a Microsoft 365 instructor at Cloud Academy, and I have over 25 years of IT experience, several of those with cloud technologies. This quick-hitting course is intended for those who wish to learn how to create and configure sensitivity labels and policies in Microsoft 365. It's limited in scope to showing you the actual process of creating and publishing labels through a few hands-on demos. We'll start off with a very quick intro to sensitivity labels and what they're used for. We'll then jump right into a demo, where you'll get to watch over my shoulder as I create a sensitivity label. Once we have a sensitivity label created, we'll jump into a second demo, where I'll show you how to create a label policy that's used to publish the label that we created in the previous demo.
