Transcript

The Microsoft 365 admin center isn't just for basic administration, it also provides in-depth reports on usage in your tenant and your organization's productivity score. If we click 'Show all' on the navigation bar, we can see examples of all the extra tools the admin center provides. Under "Reports," we can find the productivity score and reports. The productivity score is essentially a calculated score based on your organization's overall digital productivity posture. It's calculated on things like meetings, content collaboration, communication, and more. By utilizing this score and the usage reports, you can see how well your organization is implementing the tools provided in Microsoft 365.

These can be incredibly helpful tools to help further your team's digital transformation to help improve overall productivity engagement across your organization. Moving in the Microsoft Viva, we take a look at analytics. Currently at the time of this demo, MyAnalytics and workplace analytics are both being integrated into Microsoft Viva. MyAnalytics is a place where you can see everything about your own individual productivity, while workplace analytics is a tool used by administrators to see analytics across the organization's workforce. For now, let's simply look at MyAnalytics. In here, we have my dashboard. As you can see, since this is a demo account, I rarely use it.

Based on this account's actions and daily usage, this gives us information on how we work. Focus showcases the amount of time you have available to focus on your individual work. Wellbeing explains your free time away from work to ensure your work life balance is in order. Network shows who you frequently collaborate with. And Collaboration, shows us how much of our time is spent collaborating with our network be it in meetings, emails, chats, or calls. We can scroll down to view tips on improving our overall productivity, but that pretty much sums up MyAnalytics. Workplace analytics like MyAnalytics is being integrated into Viva insights but since this is a demo account, I really can't showcase reports that don't exist. Just know that workplace analytics is specific to management who views organization's insights, while MyAnalytics is purely for the individual users.
