Sharing your reports and dashboards is as easy as clicking the Share button. I may want to share reports with other teammates so they can utilize certain visuals on the reports, but I can also share entire dashboards the same way. And this is what I wanna do for our director. Let's click Share, and we have various levels of sharing permissions we can grant to guests. We can choose whether or not we will allow our consumers to share these metrics with others, whether they can customize their own visuals using the data behind the dashboard, and whether or not we want to email them. I'm gonna grant all three for my director and click Grant Access. And just like that, we went from zero to Power BI hero.
