To get the most from this course, you should have some exposure to GCP resources, such as VCPs, VM Instances, Cloud Console, and Cloud Shell. However, this is not essential.
I hope you've enjoyed learning how to manage networking and compute resources on Google Cloud Platform. Let's review what you've learned.
We started things off by covering the management of network resources where you learned how to add a subnet to an existing VPC and how to expand a CIDR block subnet. You also learned how to reserve static internal and external IP addresses.
Next, you learned about the different management interfaces, including Cloud Console, Cloud Shell, and Cloud SDK.
In the second half of this course, you learned how to manage VM instances and how to connect to them via SSH and RDP. As we progressed through this course, you learned how to attach a GPU to an instance and how to install the CUDA libraries. We also covered how to view information about current running VM inventory.
Later in this course, you learned about snapshots. You also learned how to create images and how to view those images.
Wrapping things up, you learned how to work with instance groups and instance templates.
