Hello, and welcome back. So now that we've enabled Information Rights Management for SharePoint, we've gone ahead and applied it to one of our lists, what I also wanted to show you here in this demonstration is how users can enable Information Rights Management in their OneDrive as well. So on the screen, I'm in my OneDrive page here.
Now to enable Information Rights Management for my OneDrive, I actually have to go back to Classic OneDrive. And to do that, if you notice down here in the left hand corner, we have a link here to return to Classic OneDrive. I know it's a little bit cluesy, but as it is today, as I record this demo, this is the process we have to follow. So we'll go ahead and click return to Classic OneDrive. And then once we're in our Classic OneDrive, if we go ahead and click the configuration gear up here, what we wanna do is show the ribbon. Again more hoops to jump through, but it is what it is.
So what we've done is shown the ribbon. Now what we're gonna do in this demonstration is enable Information Rights Management for our entire library here. So to do that, we're gonna select Library. And then we go into Library Settings. And then from Library Settings, we see something that was very similar to the process of configuring Information Rights Management for our list in the last demo. We have our General Settings, Permissions and Management, Communications and Columns.
What we're gonna do here is select Information Rights Management. We'll check the box to restrict permissions and I'll just call this IRM Policy. Call it IRM Policy for Me. And we'll just call it My New IRM Policy. If we select the options here, again we have the same settings. So we'll do the same thing. We'll okay it. And there you have it. That is how your users can start using Information Rights Management on their OneDrive once this has all been set up.
