Transcript

Congratulations! You’ve come to the end of "Microsoft Azure Security Solutions". Let’s review what you’ve learned.

We kicked things off by taking a look at the shared responsibility model. You learned what the shared responsibility model is and how responsibilities are split between Microsoft and the customer.

After covering the shared responsibility model, we moved on to azure security services and technologies. We looked at several general azure security features, including azure security center, azure key vault, and azure monitor logs.

We then moved on to storage security, where you learned about Azure storage service encryption, shared access signatures, storage account keys, and Azure Storage Analytics.

Next, we looked at database security. You learned about Azure SQL firewall rules, Azure SQL Always Encrypted, Transparent Data Encryption, and Azure SQL Database Auditing.

Later on, in the course, we dove into identity and access management. You learned about role-based access control, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD B2B, Azure AD B2C, Azure AD Domain Services, and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication.

We wrapped up with network security options and features.

At this point, you should have a basic understanding of all of the key security options and features available in Microsoft Azure.

To learn more about Microsoft Azure security solutions, you can, and should, read Microsoft’s published documentation. Be sure to also watch for new courses on Cloud Academy, because we’re always publishing new ones. Be sure to give this course a rating, and if you have any questions or comments, please let us know.
