This learning path is designed to help you master the skills and knowledge needed to succeed on the MS-102 certification exam. In this learning path, we'll cover the various topics related to deploying and managing a Microsoft 365 tenant, implementing and managing identity and access in Azure AD, managing security and threats by using Microsoft 365 Defender, and managing compliance by using Microsoft Purview. We'll start off with the essentials of deploying and managing a Microsoft 365 tenant. You'll learn how to create a tenant, implement and manage domains, configure organizational settings, and respond to service health issues. We'll also cover how to monitor adoption and usage, create and manage users, groups, and licenses, and manage roles in Microsoft 365.
Next, we'll cover the implementation and management of identity and access in Azure AD. You'll learn how to prepare for identity synchronization, how to implement and manage Azure AD Connect, and how to troubleshoot synchronization issues. Additionally, we'll cover the implementation and management of different authentication methods, self-service password reset, Azure AD Password Protection, multi-factor authentication, and secure access. Later on, we'll focus on managing security and threats using Microsoft 365 Defender. You'll learn how to review and respond to security incidents and alerts, how to implement and manage email and collaboration protection, and how to implement and manage endpoint protection. Additionally, we'll cover the use of security reports and alerts, threat analytics, and attack simulation training. To wrap things up, we'll focus on managing compliance using Microsoft Purview. You'll learn how to implement information protection and data lifecycle management, as well as data loss prevention.
We'll also cover the implementation of retention labels, sensitivity labels, and DLP alerts, events, and reports. Completing all courses in this learning path will allow you to learn the skills necessary to sit the MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator Exam.
