Description

Now that you've come to the end of the learning path, this course walks you through some final pointers that you should know before taking the AWS Solutions Architect Associate exam.

Transcript

So at this stage, you’ve now completed all of the theory and practical lessons, and you’ve just taken our preparation exam, you’ve got your score and are now probably wondering what the next steps are from here and if you’re ready?

Firstly I want to say congratulations to you on getting this far, and the exam you just took should have given you a taste for what the real exam will be like!

Our preparation exam contains hundreds of questions, so you can do the exam many times over without getting the same questions, so feel free to go back and take it again to boost your confidence!

If you took the exam and you’re scoring in the high 80-90% range, then you’re doing great and probably ready to sit the real exam, so if you feel confident, positive and prepared then head over to https://aws.amazon.com/certification/ to schedule your exam.

If your score is in the 70% range then ensure you spend time reading the question explanations for the ones you scored incorrectly, and any that you skipped.

If you’re scoring between 50-70% then you might need to focus on some core areas, perhaps you feel weaker on some topics or services, such as those relating to Databases, Storage, networking etc.  So review the content in the learning path where you feel you need additional review.

If you’re scoring below 50%, then don’t be put off or worry as this exam contains a lot of information and can be difficult to retain.  Take some time to review the areas you didn’t score well in and revisit the content in the learning path that focuses on these topics.  Pace yourself, and only move on once you are confident in what you have just learnt.  Additionally, you can always reach out to us here at Cloud Academy for added guidance if you need it, the team here is always happy to help!

Regardless of your score you can visit our our exam preparation webinars found here which will provide you with a recap of the content required for each of the domains that you will be assessed upon https://cloudacademy.com/learning-paths/acing-the-aws-solutions-architect-associate-certification-exam-prep-2661/

Ok, that’s all from me and the team, we wish you the best of luck, please let us know how you get on and remember, you can upload your certification to your Cloud Academy profile once you pass, which I am confident you will!
