The course is part of this learning path
Now that you've come to the end of the learning path, this course walks you through some final pointers that you should know before taking the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C03) exam.
So at this stage, you've now completed all of the theory and practical lessons and you're about to take our preparation exam. And when you've got your score, you'll probably be wondering what the next steps are from here and if you're ready. But firstly, I want to say congratulations to you on getting this far and the exam you're about to take will give you a taste for what the real exam will be like.
Our preparation exam contains hundreds of questions so you can retake the exam many times over without getting the same questions so feel free to repeat it again and again to boost your confidence.
Now if you took the exam and you're scoring in the high 80% to 90% range, then you're doing great and probably ready to sit the real exam. So if you feel confident, positive, and prepared enough, then head over to aws.amazon.com/certification to schedule your exam. If your score is in the 70% range, then ensure you spend time reading the question explanations for the ones you scored incorrectly and any that you skipped.
If you're scoring between the 50% to 70%, then you might need to focus on some core areas. Perhaps you feel weak on some topics or services such as those relating to databases, storage, networking, et cetera. So review the content in the learning path where you feel you need additional review.
Now if you're scoring below 50%, then don't be put off or don't worry as this exam contains a lot of information and it can be difficult to retain. So take some time to review the areas you didn't score well in and revisit the content in the learning path that focuses on these topics, both the courses and the labs. Pace yourself and only move on once you are confident in what you have just learned. Additionally, you can always reach out to us here at Cloud Academy for added guidance if you need it. The team here is always happy to help.
Okay, that's all from me and the team. We wish you the very best of luck and please let us know how you get on and remember, you can upload your certification to your Cloud Academy profile once you have passed, which I am confident you will.
