This learning path has been designed for those looking to enhance their skills in designing compute solutions in AWS at an introductory level, specifically for those who have less than 6 months experience working with AWS Compute services.

Using a combination of on-demand courses and hands-on labs you will be introduced to a number of different AWS services and features. Using the new skills obtained from this learning path you will be able to effectively demonstrate knowledge of how to design compute solutions in AWS.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this learning path you will:

  • Understand there are different Amazon EC2 compute families
  • Understand the different services that provide compute resources, such as AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, or the Amazon Elastic Container Service, etc
  • Understand that elasticity can be achieved through AWS Auto Scaling
  • Understand the purpose of AWS Elastic load balancers
