Lab description

AWS OpsWorks is a service that enables you to manage applications and servers in the AWS cloud. It can deploy simple static websites and full-featured dynamic applications. Under the hood, AWS OpsWorks Stacks uses the Chef configuration management tool and standard AWS services including Amazon EC2 and Amazon RDS.

By learning how to leverage AWS OpsWorks to deploy applications, you will be better able to deploy complex solutions in the AWS cloud.

This hands-on lab challenge will test your practical ability to configure a solution in a production-like AWS environment. You will be presented with a task and set of requirements that you must fulfill to pass the challenge.

This is a real environment, which means you can prove your knowledge in an applied way, substituting multiple-choice questions for a dynamic performance-based exam situation.
