In this lesson, I will introduce you to Amazon Q for Business, a new generative AI-powered assistant brought to you by AWS.

In this course you will learn about Amazon Q, a generative AI-powered chatbot that can be customised to suit your needs as a business. Q is short for “Question,” and not only is Amazon Q an expert that can answer your questions about AWS and its services, it can also:

  • Generate source code in many different programming languages as well as structured query language, or SQL
  • Connect to all of your corporate data systems
  • Synthesize large amounts of data
  • Tailor its interactions with you based on your role
