NEW: Track Continuing Professional Education Credits on Cloud Academy

Driving training across a large organization can be a challenge.  Most organizations chalk up training struggles to a lack of motivation among employees, but the challenges can often be traced back to a lack of incentives and unclear expectations on the part of the organization itself. Many of our customers have gotten ahead of these issues by implementing CPE (Continuing Professional Education) programs. These programs can be an effective way to both motivate staff and recognize training efforts.

We built Cloud Academy to enable organizations to build world-class technology training programs, both easily and at scale. This often means guiding our customers by delivering innovative platform solutions to difficult problems. Sometimes, it means partnering to help leaders motivate their employees using their existing enterprise systems and processes. So today, we’re excited to announce that the Cloud Academy platform now flexibly supports tracking CPE credits across our entire library of Learning Paths.

How CPE Credit Tracking on Cloud Academy Works

If your organization has a CPE program in place, administrators can now easily configure credit accrual rules for Learning Paths in terms of frequency and value. Team members earn CPE credits on Cloud Academy based on their actual training effort. At the end of each Learning Path, they can download a Certificate of Completion that indicates how many CPE credits were earned based on their effort. We’ve made it really easy to obtain a copy of certificates: they are also automatically emailed to employees every time they successfully complete a Learning Path.

At Cloud Academy, we are focused on delivering innovative, enterprise-ready training technology that enables organizations to get meaningful programs off the ground. We look forward to delivering more easy and effective mechanisms to motivate your teams in the context of your existing enterprise processes. If you aren’t already on this journey to deliver technology training in an effective way, we hope you consider joining us. You can request a conversation with our sales team to discuss deploying Cloud Academy or get started now with up to ten users on our Enterprise Plan today.

For those on the journey with us, thank you. To enable and configure CPE credit tracking across your organization, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
