Transcript

To protect Office 365 global administrator accounts, Microsoft recommends that you create dedicated Office 365 global administrator accounts and that they be used only when needed to perform administrative tasks. In addition, you should not only configure multi-factor authentication for all global admin accounts, but you should also use the strongest forms of secondary authentication that you can. Another recommendation from Microsoft is that you monitor for suspicious global admin activities by leveraging Office 365 Cloud App Security. By following these three key best practices, you can limit your exposure to admin account breaches.
