This course is intended for students seeking to acquire the AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification. It is necessary to have acquired the Associate level of this certification. You should also have at least two years of real-world experience developing AWS architectures.
As stated previously, you will need to have completed the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification, and we recommend reviewing the relevant learning path in order to be well-prepared for the material in this one.

Hi, and welcome to Domain Three, Deployment Management of our Solution Architect Professional for AWS Learning Path. Our learning objectives for this Domain are to develop our ability to implement the right architecture for an environment. We want to learn how to position and select the most appropriate AWS deployment mechanism based on a scenario, and to demonstrate our ability to design a loosely coupled system. There's no better way to learn than by doing, so in this series of lectures, we'll walk through designing and planning a deployment. We'll then briefly review some of the AWS deployment tools and services so we can demonstrate out ability to manage the life cycle of an application on AWS within the scope of the certification exam.
